  Lovely apartment nice welcome pack!

  Fire alarm beeped constanley and when we told the reception they said they'd sort it. Still wasnt sorted when we got back from the gig, so we all didnt get the best nights sleep.

  "Excellent if you are staying for a few days and don't want to use a conventional hotel. Also ideal if you want to share with friends." (107513892)

  Rooms were well presented and facilities provided in kitchen/living room were good.

  Bedrooms weren't particularly large although they were adequate.There was no desk so if you were there for buisness and needed to work you would have to use the small dining table.

  Amazing looking apartment. Very modern, clean, fresh finish. Wonderful staff and services.

  Could have been improved by more cutlery, plates, baking trays etc.

  Confusion when checking out with regards to payment, I was on the understanding payment needed to be made on departure but hotle staff were unaware of this. I payed £99 cash only to find the amount had already been deducted from my card, this has subsequently been refunded by The Light.

  very good accom. & good value

  poor check in - no one knew what was going on aND the telephone line to reception / admin was engaged - we then found out checkin was on 6th floor - after that it was perfect

  Location

  Hard to find help, Also staff could not accomodate a modest request to check-in at 1.30 p.m.to watch Cheltenham races. Also got bumped from the penthouse in advance of arrival despite a confirmed reservation.
