    "Good" (108714891)

    The flat (we changed from the original booking to a Think flat within the Maltings in Tanner Street SE1) was spacious, had good style and it was very nice to have a balcony with a view.

    Not all of the equipment in flat was working (TV remote had to be replaced and a number of light bulbs were gone and had to be replaced).

    modern, comfortable in room but not to description.

    still in a working progress. door entry system not working, wc light not good, turns off when in shower - sensor needs delaying. smoke decetor in way of kitchen cupboards, some kitchen cupboards not shut, not have all items in room described in booklet. not to description of internet site.

    Very close to the theatre that we were working in. Lovely apartment. Everything was very new. Very good facilities.

    It was quite a bit above our usual budget.

    roomy and clean. Attractive.

    didn't know about code to get back in through outside door at night - along with maybe 10 others who didn't know code was needed. eventually someone did! nearly didn't get to use the nice room. not enough coffee sachets for 2 people. very minimal :(

    "Incredible value for a brand new city apartment, but spoiled by a few teething troubles." (107727108)

    Brand new apartment - smart, well-equipped and incredible value.

    Unfortunately there were a few snags. Hopefully they will be sorted out once they have been open a bit longer. 1. General lack of signage in the common areas, and insufficient light outside the apartment door. 2. Shower fitting faulty - assembled wrong by the builder? 3. Bathroom light runs off a proximity detector, which does not work when you are in the shower - so the light goes out after 2 minutes and you have to open the shower door to get it to turn on again. 4. Cleaners need to check the apartments more thoroughly. I found a tray of chips in the oven, left by a previous occupant. Apart from that, the apartment was spotless.

    The apartment where we stayed was perfect...the view as well!!!The provided equipments of the apartment was brilliant..there was something we didnt expected!

    The bad ones now!we came at 19:00 and we went at the apartments at 21:00. I have booked two apartments in my credit card; I dont know why the one of these two reservation was canceled, though the problem solved immetiatelly as you had free appartement. The real problem was that we at 190 Bermondsey St &the receptionist printed us a map to go somewhere else. we went around a small park and we met another receptionist who printed us another map to guide us to our rooms. we got lost and we were walking around the bloks for one&half our. I couldnt unerstand why the first receptionist didnt walk with us to take us to our apartment since our hadnt any free room at 190 Bermondsey Street.

    "Overall was poor. Don't expect problems such as the ones above to occur. Did not stay in the Bermondsey apartments. Once payment was made we were informed that we would be moved to Tower Bridge Road apartments. This should have been explained before booking. If these are described as superior apartments i would hate to see the ones that we orginally booked. " (107566717)

    Good Layout

    . They don’t have a reception there and you have to pick up the keys from another place. It’s a 15 minute walk to the tube. When I got to my apartment, I had to call them because I wanted to report that the front of a door had fallen off one of the kitchen units and I wanted to make sure they didn’t charge us for it and also, the door to the balcony was broken and so it wouldn’t close or open properly. They did come out and look at it but I had to wait half an hour and call them twice. Also (small point) there were 2 remotes for the television but only one set of batteries for the remote control so a right faff to keep changing them, there was no hairdryer and the lamp in the lounge didn’t work either.

    Location was the best point, very central to everything

    Firstly,My accomodation was changed at last min to their sister apartments Malting house.On Arrival to the apartment we discovered that the apartment had not been properly cleaned.There were empty container in thpree bathroom belonged to previous guests. The floor had not been cleaned. Kitchen floor had crumbs on it. There was no hairdryer or dvd player as outlined. The picture of the tv kept breaking down. There was a mouse contraption in the kitchen which would imply there is a problem with mice in the area.The apartment was so bad that we actually bought cleaning products to wash bathrooms and kitchen floor. No hoover or brush. We had to buy a sweeping brush.

    friendly staff, warm room, convenient location, nicely equipped appliances

    renovations going on, hob didn't work and never got repaired during my stay there, the need to have to call down to Reception on a phone line rather than inhouse , should include washing up liquid, sponges etc for kitchen
