    It was cheap and close to where I had to be.

    I was at the airport when phoned to say my online transaction hadn't gone through for some reason it was a debit card I was told that even though I was coming they had cancelled my room and readvertised it and so I had to pay more money. The other thing was the room was very small.

    the room (G41 - Easy hotel Heathrow) had a shower that gave either boiling hot water or freezing cold with nothing in between, a bit painful in the morning!

    cheap

    green light in room could not be turned off and stayed on all night, keeping me from sleeping. toilet lid was broken. at least a phone line should be in room so that you can call desk to report problems.

    Trying to get there the drivers did not know which bus It took 45 minutes to get there. No eating facilities if raining as the nearest restaurant/bar was a long walk. Alternative, take aways, but no facilities to eat them in the room except perched on the end of the bed.

    "I needed to stay somewhere inexpensive and close to Heathrow and Easyhotel was it. It was a pleasant overnight stay." (108280149)

    The area was quiet even though we were only 15 mins from Heathrow. Although on my own I felt safe. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful.

    None really, but tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a big bonus instead of a vending machine in the corridor.

    "We were travelling on an Easy Jet flight which was severely delayed. Because of this, we didn't arrive at the hotel until approximately 5:45 a.m. As this hotel is affiliated with Easy Jet, we were hopeful that they would allow us a later check out time, but they were insistent that we leave by 10 a.m. or pay extra. We also attempted to cancel the reservation and just stay at the airport once we were made aware of the duration of our flight delay. The hotel would not allow us to do this either. " (108417424)

    Hotel was clean and fairly close to the airport.

    The room had no ventilation and was very stuffy. It supposedly had air con, but it wasn't very cool and the window wouldn't open. The staff was very inflexible and not very helpful.

    "Had a Horrible night because of lying on Very Unclean bedlinnen and was awake because of many stiches and bites of Bedbugs (my doctor at home confirmed this!). I only hope, that I haven´t taken any Bedbugs home. I am really horrified by the experiences I made in this hotel - I have never ever experienced this, in none of the hotels I stayed in worldwide and I would never ever recommend this hotel to anybody!"     Bedbugs, Very Unclean and Used Bedlinnen, very small room - made you feel like lying in a coffin, booked a room with a window, but window was not openable, terrible draught because of very cold aircondition, aircondition blew smoke into the room of people who were smoking outside (or were smoking somewhere else?), food or drinks you could get from an automat, but when I wanted to get hot chocolate and coffee, I just got two cups of hot water, because the chocolate and coffepowder was empty. I will Never Ever book this hotel again nor would recommend it to anybody

    The Easy Hotel facility has a strict 3 pm check in policy and they adhere to it rather strictly. So if you arrive early, either go do some shopping for food or go to a cafe down the street till check in time arrives. I was told that others go back to the airport and spend the time there. There are some chairs outside to wait for the checkin. But this may not be easy in winter. I was able to take Bus 140 out of Heathrow airport for 2 Pounds and it dropped me at Brickfield and High Street. The bus runs every 6-8 minutes. For the Americans traveling in UK for the first time by bus, entrance into the bus is from the first door and exit is from the back door. This is followed strictly. One cannot enter via the back door. The bus drivers are able to guide you regarding your stop to reach Easy Hotel. They will point out the sigh on Brickfield Ln for Easy Hotel when you disembark the bus. In the hotel, they have two internet cafe high chairs. There is a coffee machine and for 1 Pound you can buy coffee, milk chocolate or a mixture. There are also soft drinks and water bottles via vending machine. 1.5 Pounds. The front desk is manned 24 hours and one can check out at any time before 10 AM. The 140 bus runs 24 hours and its schedule can be found on the front desk. There is an Indian Restaurant a few blocks south on Simpson St. They deliver till 11 pm and have a reasonably priced menu. There are also some small shops for groceries and a fried chicken shop where they serve menue like KFC. These are located 2-3 small blocks down the street from Brickfield Ln. Overall an ok experience and similar to the other descriptions. For a one night stay at Heathrow, it is alright for the price.

    "If you want a cheap overnight stay with no plans in mind besides sleeping, then this place will do. You will not want to "hang around" the room like you would most hotels to watch TV or what not. This barren room is strictly for sleeping overnight and that is it! Otherwise, you'll feel like you're in prison." (108995910)

    The facilities (sink, toilet, shower, etc) were in good working condition. Overall, the room appeared clean.

    The hallway smells like a stuffy gym. There is just an aura of unpleasant smells lingering about the place. The rooms are also quite small and feel very claustrophobic. They also charge you an additional 5 pounds for TV access, internet access, or a room with a window.

    very good value for money and friendly efficient staff. Location convenient to heathrow airport and staff booked my transfer to the terminal with no problems.

    The room is small but since I am not large in size I did not mind. It was very clean and all the facilities were very good. I love the orange and white colour and the price was so good to my pocket. I just needed somewhere to rest my head for the night and for that I think it was excellent. Its very practical and well positioned. I had no trouble getting there by bus.

    I would not be able to stay there for a long stay but then the hotel did not advertise itself as luxury!

    "The hotel served its purpose. Just somewhere to sleep overnight for an early pick up at Heathrow. There is a children's play area next door but I wouldn't advise staying in rooms this size with young children. The pub is literally a two minute walk (The White Hart) and the landlord was very friendly. Ensure you take a note of the fire exits which are displayed on the door as the corridors are like being on a boat and very confusing." (108461139)

    Location was easy to find and very near to a pub serving good food. The staff were efficient but not not over enthusiastic. The room was clean. Very near to Heathrow, just a five minute drive.

    Room very small with no window and very warm. The bed was rock hard. Only one towel between two. When asked about this we were told we should have told them as one towel is given as standard despite booking two persons on the booking. Everything else is extra TV £5 and Internet £5.

    "The hotel lived up to expectations as it was marketed as a low budget, no frills place to stay for people having a flight from Heathrow. " (107682537)

    The hotel was near the airport and easy to get to by bus straight from Heathrow Airport, about 15 minutes away and cost only £2. A taxi was arranged for me to get back to Heathrow at 4 o'clock in the morning for £5, very reasonable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

    The room was very small, but that was made clear on the hotel's web-site and is the reason why accommodation was so cheap.
