    "This is a first class hotel with first class facilities, staff and a wonderful outlook. I would certainly recommend it. It was just a shame we were only there for one night and would cetainly come back again." (108789186)

    Staff. food and hotel all very nice and helpful.

    kitchen extractor fan very noisy right outside our bedroom window should have booked bedroom with view as there absolutely nothing to see as the bottom of the window is sealed with white blind.

    Excellent location and parking. Friendly efficient staff (reception and dining room). Spacious and comfortable rooms - well furnished.

    No lift (awkward to carry heavy baggage up the stairs). Bathroom not finished (no toilet paper holder). Limited TV (no satellite/cable channels & no text). Front terrace somewhat untidy (ashtrays and bins not emptied, and crockery/glasses not collected from tables).

    "We had a nice time at the Brisbane House Hotel. I wish we had been able to stay in that hotel longer. Out of all the hotels we stayed at in the UK this summer, it was one of our favorites. " (108367892)

    This hotel was very modern with really nice rooms and colors. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was closed for the night, but when my husband secretly went downstairs to talk to them about my birthday that day, they gave him ice cream and a little cake. They told him to wish me a happy birthday and even remembered the next morning at breakfast to ask me how my birthday was.

    I wish the restaurant had stayed open a bit later, but every restaurant in the town closed then, so it's to be expected that they would too. We had a superior room but there was a huge box or part of the roof blocking our view to the ocean; we could barely see it, so that was disappointing.

    Staff were polite and helpful.

    Fire doors were wedged open with fire exstinguishers throughout hotel. One fire door near us had a large gap you could put your fingers through at top of the fire door between door frame and door. Hotel is undergoing refurbishment. We raised concerns with receptionist who said would pass on comments but she didn't seem unduely concerned about these breaches of fire regulations.

    Superb hotel in an excellent location for wonderful scenery and all activities. Wonderful food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great value for money

    The hotel was fantastic. The lady on reception was so kind and helpful and could not do enough for us. The dining staff were also excellent and the service was first class. we have booked to go again.

    the only improvement would be a lift to top bedrooms. I'm undergoing chemotheraphy and found the stairs a bit tiring.

    Staff very friendly and welcoming, nothng was too much trouble for them. Couldn't have been nicer. Food excellent and great value. Breakfast - too much to pick from. Rooms - roomy, spotless and very modern. Bathrooms - beautiful. Right on front and handy for everything. Hotel itself was very impressive - great parking, lovely frontage and everything looks new and modern.
