  "nice hotel, nice location, very good hosptiality from front desk and doorman, not included lobby lounge though." (108485463)

  (1) hotel & doorman were kind enough to store our luggages before checking in (coz we landed london, then liverpool and newcastle before heading back to london). and most wonderful was that the doorman was able to remember us when we got back. (2)after we checked in, luggages were beign delivered to room real quick.

  (1) water supply in shower is weak, it's a difficulty for female with long hairs to wash their hair. with inter-continental, that's not something i expected (2) the sensor system of their mini-bar is stupid, what if i picked item up, looked them through and decided not to consume them... need to check bill, not efficient
