    good service, friendly staff, esp at the restaurant; very good quality of produce used at the breakfast and dinner.

    The hotel was clean and staff friendly!

    One of the rooms I booked through you, the hotel didnt know about and then they insisted on taking the money from the guests when I thought I had paid for the rooms by company credit card

    This is the first time we have stayed at a Holiday Inn and we were all very pleased with the whole experience

    Would have liked a bread roll with the dinner

    "We had to wait in the bar area for a table for breakfast which we didn't mind but then people arriving after us then got seated before us - not good. However the hotel did give us a complimentary bottle wine and fruit which although didn't prevent our hunger from missing breakfast, did show willing and therefore the overall marks above reflect this."     breakfast was a bit chaotic, I dont think there are enough staff to clear, clean tables, replenish bread, fruit, etc. But all staff smiley and helpful, just overworked at 9.a.m. when we breakfasted

    Modern, stylish, clean hotel with very attentive staff

    No body lotion or hair conditioner provided in room (although saw some on trolley of chambermaid when leaving). Had to moisturise body with Nivea cream which was not easy to apply. Was there a hair dryer?

    particularly pleasant and efficient staff. Pleasant atmosphere and decor. Food good

    the chairs in the restaurant are not good! too low for comfort when eating, and too heavy to move easily. The tv in the bar area is visible and audible throughout the seating and dining area, not attractive and frequently intrusive. Some of the bedroom features were unimpressive - the bathroom door/wardrobe door proximity, the lack of adequate hanging/shelf space (hangers too high for many), the translucent bathroom door looks good but is not sufficiently opaque for privacy. very small point - check the spelling of 'questionnaire' in the email requesting us to fill this in!

    comfortable, clean room friendly staff

    Air-con unnecessary,(1st of May in England!!) obtrusive and couldn't be turned off without turning the power off. Breakfast was disappointing - eggs cold, sausages hard. Very expensive for what it was.

    Explanation of how to get lights on! - was not aware that I needed to leave my door card in slot in room for lights to work - fortunately cleaning staff was very helpful when I asked for assistance

    "The hotel was fine for my purposes as I was only using the room as an overnight stop after a concert. I would probably consider a similar hotel for a short stay but for a more extended trip I might look further afield. As previously stated I think they could do better in the catering department."     The room was very comfortable, and I was pleased to find tea and coffee making facilities. The ensuite bathroom was fine, and the staff were polite and helpful.

    At check in I was asked to provide credit card details for billing the room, or to make a deposit of cash. I don't use a credit card but would have been prepared to deposit cash if I had known it was required. Perhaps this could be mentioned at booking. The full English breakfast was rather flavourless and cold, and I would have expected better for £10.

    "We have stayed at several Holiday Inn hotels and always been very satisfied. However this stay was very disappointing. We expect to be able to have a warm shower in a morning and we expect to be able to control the heating in our room." (107820016)

    Pleasant room furnishings, good coffee/tea making facilities and complimentary drinks, comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. Car parking very useful but not adjacent to hotel building and did not seem secure.

    Shower control difficult to use (poorly fitted) Heating controls seemed easy to use but did not function properly. We had no hot water on our first morning and no heating!!A fire alarm sounded, we followed the fire procedure and went downstairs only to have to ask at reception what was happening and be told it was a false alarm!! Hotel guests were wandering around wondering what was happening only to be met by total indifference from the hotel staff.

    Cleanliness of Holiday Inn, every member of staff efficient. Location on riverside and close to Kingston and Hampton Court. Lovely area. Good car parking facilities.
