    "I didn't mind staying there for 2 days as I barely spent time there but knowing London well, there are much better places in London offering better quality (and breakfast!)for that price!I strongly do not recommend it." (108240305)

    Some rooms smell like smoke even though it is not allowed to smoke. The bathroom for the double rooms is not really a bathroom but a tiny toilet where almost the shower is on top of the toilet. I complaint about it and got moved to a room which was meant to be for 3 people with a much larger toilet and was better. The corridors and entrance appearance is a big downer!

    Cheapest hotel we could find in a location convenient for onward travel (Eurostar).

    There was a reason - flea pit hotel, barely useable bathroom facilities (2 toilets per floor). Reception staff barely spoke english ansd spent 10 minutes repeatedly telling me it was a twin room not a double, including diagrams, even though I made it clear I understood as that's what I'd booked.

    "Mauvais! Je suis allée me renseigner auprès d'un autre hotel plus loin et pour un peu plus d'argent j'aurais eu une chambre convenable + petit déjeuner anglais dans le prix. On m'a eu! Mais cela me rappellait mes années étudiantes ou j'ai était contrainte de séjourner à Londres dans des pareils conditions - mais à beaucoup moins de frais! OK une nuit est supportable." (108605705)

    Pas beaucoup...le personnel étaient plaisant

    Mon reservation n'était pas respecté. Je voulais une chambre single ensuite et une double ensuite. Le double ensuite était tout juste convenable. Le single n'avait pas d'ensuite - donc pas de wc! La porte du wc n'avait pas de poignet à l'intérieur. L'hygène n'y était vraiment pas! Les radiateurs surchauffaient et étaient bloqués sur le maximum (La receptioniste m'a assuré que c'était nécessaire pour ceux qui venaient d'outre-mers!!?? mais que le chauffage ne fonctionnait plus après 19h. Effectivement! La poste de télévision fonctionait sans audio (le cable était arraché du mur et les fils à nu)Pour basique c'était très basique.

    Poorly maintained, no plug in sink, no curtain to shower, smoke alarrm covered by a plastic bag, light not workinh, had a hostel-like, rent rooms by the hour feel to it

    Good location, friendly staff, towels service ok, and they gave a room for three, with ensuite, for the price of a basic rom (still very expensive, though!)

    no lift, central heating non regulable in the room, with leak to the carpet,after a couple of rainy days, it smelled, windows not working properly,very small WC, the bedside lamp kept flickering, the shower hadn't a good flow of water

    Location excellent and the price was fantastic.

    I reserved a twin room but was given two single rooms. Dirty shower and no toilet roll.

    "At £65 per night we shall never be staying here again. Due to the overall condition of the hotel and the general ambience, it is only worth £40 per night. The state of the place very much reminded me of 'Rising Damp', only without Rigsby. There are other hotels in the area for around the same price which are far better - avoid this place at all costs as it is simply not worth the money it is asking." (107706835)

    "Considering the price and location it was fair, but could be better if a little money was spent on updating the rooms. However, for a stag do, it was perfectly adequate." (107328721)

    Very cheap, excellent location close to all the major attractions and stations.

    Rooms were dated and very basic. Some were not in a good state of repair - window in one of our rooms would not close.

    Very cheap and central, nice area

    Decor a bit shabby, but clean enough. Radiator on full depite being mid June - no way to turn off! Lucky I like the heat!

    "Had a great couple of days and cant complain at this sort of price. If your just looking for somewhere to put your head down between nights out this is all you need." (107764564)

    You get what you pay for, nothing more. Great location, its close to everything, Russell Square is a nice area and Camden High St is only a 20 min walk.

    The hotel is very basic, could do with a lick of paint, the triple room is a bit cramped for 3 adults, the shower located in a cupboard in the corner of the room was quite amusing.
