"Okay but not rave review" (108905985)

The bed was great, it was comfortable and very clean and we liked the pillows. We also liked the tea and coffee making facilities and provisions.

We moved the rubbish tin beside the toilet and found someone's make-up stick behind it plus all hair and other debris collected behind the toilet and in the corner - not a good look. The shower curtain needed bleaching as it was dark near the bottom where residue scum etc had collected. We were not 100% sure that the curtain is changed every time the room is let. The arm chair in the corner of the bedroom had a large stain on the arm rest - not very appealing. The light on the tea/coffee table didn't work. The television reception was poor - only 4 channels - the rest you couldn't see as the reception was too poor. We took a long time to find Sleep Station as there were no signs indicating it was the Sleep Station. In the end a taxi driver (the first one we asked didn't know) told us which building it was in. The reception person advised us that the signs were in being mended. There should have been some effort made to put some temporary signs with the words Sleep Station on them. We didn't know that the room wouldn't be serviced on Sunday. We were only given towels for one night - not good enough - we should have been advised and given extra towels. We had to source our own towels downstairs when we couldn't find anyone to help us. No-one answered the phone nor was there any recorded message advising where we could get help while phone was not manned.

"Very well looked after and relaxed. " (107320318)

I was late checking in but the membeer of staff stayed late to check me in; I was over an hour and a half past the latest check in time but the member of staff didn't make me feel like I had put him out in anyway and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent as was the mood in the dinning area which was realaxed and enhanced by Van Morrison being played in the background.
