    "Value for money" (108509745)

    Close to airport, when we found we had a broken bed we were quickly moved to another room

    Bed broken in room which could have been picked up by housekeeping

    the restaurant was good, the staff very friendly, inexpensive enough for the time we stayed, bed was comfortable.

    The shower stall was a little dirty in the corners almost moldy, there was no phone other than the pay phone which made it awkward. At nite there was a lot lf loud people slamming doors.

    "Good stay and friendly staff" (108780595)

    Very convenient location to the airport. Staff were very helpful in giving directions to malls, restaurants etc. Very accommodating to wake up notice at 0330 am

    Could have used a phone in the room. Unable to use calling card at the hotel pay phone

    Good location

    Was too small to be advertised as a family room. The room was VERY dirty, with cigarette ends under the kids bed settee & burn marks over the dresser. When booking in the girl didn't seem to have our booking & then asked if she could keep my print off. Very unnerving. She knew we were staying for two nights but my room key didn't work on 2nd day, a bit frustrating when you get all the way to your room & have to go back to reception,she also forgot to tell me about needing a code for the barrier, all pretty simple things but that make a difference. Just think seen as there is so much competition in the area for hotels that this one was disapointing.

    Accommodating staff; close to airport; 24 hour shuttle to airport with very friendly and helpful staff

    Booking not transferred from internet site to hotel so there was no record (luckily I had my web confirmation)- not the fault of the hotel but it should remove business from this site. This caused a delay at check in. No telephones in rooms therefore no wake-up calls (done manually by knocking on doors).

    "I thought I'd stayed here before and that it was a short walk from the airport (I had in fact previously stayed at Express by Holiday Inn, which meant I could check in for my early flight then walk back for my hotel breakfast and walk back for my flight). This Travelodge is not far from the airport, but some idiot has decided not to put in a pavement, so the only way to the airport is by minibus. Also TV choice is rubbish (only a year till they'll have to get Freeview, so hurry it up I say)." (107392738)

    Good room, good shower, good price.

    Location not as good (ie not as close to airport) as I thought, TV choice poor.

    "Fairly good for the money. Didnt have to check out till 12 which meant you had time & no need to rush. I would still in this hotel as its in a pretty good location for were i wanted to be." (107567576)
