nice bed and design of the room, perfect internet access
no possibility to open the window (for me personally very bad, because I am pregnant and all the furniture, carpets etc. were new and still evaporating (toxic?) vapos; air condition in the entrance hall and breakfast room were much too cold!!!!

No complaints but my sister would have liked a sheet as well as the duvet so that when it was very warm you had the option of a thinner covering and could throw back the duvet. We find this in a lot of hotels, duvet only so no option if the weather is hot.
On checking in the receptionist could not find our e-mail booking and thus tried to charge us a higher rate. I phoned my husband to review our online booking but then reception found it. If we had brought a copy with us the problem would not have arisen so a lesson for future e-mail bookings.
