    "Very good, apart for the additional bed fee." (108276488)

    Excellent facilities

    We were charged a 25 Euro fee for an extra bed to be put in the room,( we required two beds and the room didn't have twin beds, only a double.) This represented a 50% uplift on room rate, which i believe is excessive. A 10 Euro charge would have been reasonable.

    "We have stayed at this hotel several times in preparation for early morning flights. Rooms are superb but the hotel doesn't really encourage you to make use of it's restauarant, which is usually closed, or the small bar area which is quite expensive and not always staffed. Would still stay here again because of the quality accommodation and convenience for the airport." (107952089)

    An excellent value airport hotel. Short walk from airport,next to tram stop to/from Porto, excellent modern facilities. A bargain at 65 euros.

    Direction finding from airport (Portuguese Tourist Office gave unclear directions) could have been better.

    Clean and efficient

    Telephone socket was hanging out of the wall I was not able to connect my laptop to the phone line to connect to my company - I stayed in 4 hotels in Spain & Portugal this week and this jotel was the only one I could not connect. Hotwater / Coffee macine was not working a breakfast time

    The air conditioner did not seem to work completely well The bath did not seem to have all the service it could have provided There was not enough vegan options in the breakfast

    Close to airport terminals (less than 10 minutes walk), also within 15 minutes walk of car hire depots. Excellent on line price (don't book direct, rack rat is 3x as much), clean, breakfast available from 0630 for early flights. Shuttle bus if you need it. Helpful staff let us use their printer for online flight check in.

    Slightly bizzare sunken whirlpool bath, with over bath shower - my wife comprehensively flooded the bathroom while showering as there is no shower curtain, took me 10 minutes to mop up. Bedding is clean, but mattress is a bit on the hard side (actually rock hard) and pillows are a bit small and mean.

    "the receptionist was very average, we needed information about bus timings and I felt she was really put out about having to phone the torist info also the directions/signage to the hotel was poor, we arrived in the correct area but struggled to find the exact location. the instrustions on the booking web site weren't any use" (97694490)

    "The 1/2 price discount price made it competitive with IBIS and so our choice for a airport hotel." (97630496)

    Very convienient to the Porto Airport and the metro intermodal station. Short walking distance from both.

    The resurant cooking and selection really needs improvement. Actually, the whole area is rather undeveloped and there is not any good eating places. The jacuzzi did not work. WE had to catch an early flight, so the breakfast started to late. Really, the breakfast facility should be open at 6 AM.

    "The hotel was clean and modern and perfect if requiring a place close to the airport. In fact it is within 5 minutes walking distance. The breakfast was quite basic but perfectly good. The room was excellent." (97394436)

    The room was very spacious and clean. Proximity to the airport (5 min walk) and to the metro system made it an excellent choice

    Arriving by car the hotel was difficult to find. A better local area map on the website would have been a lot of help.

    Easy access to airport

    The 3 Check in staff ignored us for 5 minutes while they talked as we stood at reception desk and when they finally acknowledged our presence offered no greeting or apology for the wait.Bar staff unable to make simple cocktail offered on bar menu (gin fizz),and ran out of tonic water.Bar staff clearly very poorly trained,as he could not use the card payment facility,so drinks had to be put on room bill.Main restaurant unavailable for dinner, so had to eat in small bar area. Room grubby, curtains filthy.Very little toilet roll left in bathroom.Staff clearly disinterested in any shortcomings raised by us.

    "The hotel is easy to find, has good parking facilities and provided a free transfer to the airport if required. The staff on reception booked us in quickly and efficiently. The room was excellent and even with an extra bed provided for our daughter was still very spacious. The bathroom was large an had a jacuzzi bath and lots of towels. The price included breakfast which was basic but plentiful. All in all excellent value, I would certainly stay again." (97607555)

    The hotel was large and spacious. Closeness to the airport. The free airport shuttle was a nice touch.

    Personally the hotel was too modern for my taste. It looked more like an office block or a place of business than a hotel. Also for the size of the hotel I felt that both the bar and the restaurant were too small. The breakfast was very basic with very little choice.

    We thought it was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful

    We felt that it would be nice to have the opportunity to be able to have spare pillows, as we found the pillows too small.

    "Good, but Hotel location map from website needs improving as street names around airport in dark are bad. Some other features to recognise essential when arriving with a hire car, after dark and tired." (97268822)

    Service and food in restaurant. Receptionist welcome. Secure underground carpark.

    Previous occupant had been smoking in non smoking room but staff ,without hesitation, moved us to another room. Difficult to find Hotel. Could do with much better signage.
