  "This hotel is excellent value for money, any shortcomings (which are minor) are more than compensated for by the price." (107595277)

  A good clean friendly hotel with good facilities including a well maintained swimming pool.

  Try and avoid getting a room at the back of the hotel above the car park from where the 'sea view' is very restricted.

  Very clean.Good location. Nice pool area. Reasonable prices for drinks at pool bar. Good value. Spacious rooms

  Not many English guests. Expensive restaurant. Meals at pool bar very small. Noisy people on 5th floor woke at 6.30 am and enjoyed scraping furniture around for an hour. My husband and myself given room on 4th floor whilst kids were given 9th floor ? good or bad.

  lovely sea view, nice pool aerea , good food, nice restaurant and bar, friendly staff good service .We would stay there again.

  only the kind of desinffectant that was use in the toilet, the smell was horrible but all in general was superb.This is not a complaint only oura remark.

  The high standard of bathroom, beds and kitchen

  "I have stayed at Duas Torres several times last year and the reception Staff never cease to be very accommodating, pleasant and helpfull. I will keep on retuning to Duas Torres for as long as this good customer service continues. Special mention to Nelia in reception. Amazing!" (97113938)

  Amazing views and location main reason to retun is the staff!!! Extremely friendly and helpfull.

  The only negative comment was the poor state of the curtains.

  "If your thinking twice about this hotel - DONT! This is a fantastic hotel for the price and location, the sea view alone is worth the money!!! Quite close to central Funchal - about 45 minutes to an hour if you fancy walking, or have a ride on the free hotel courtesy bus. Pool and pool area very clean and again overlooking the sea - very nice!!" (97982660)

  Very clean and a wonderful view from the balcony - excellent value for money.

  "hotel d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Dommage que notre reservation sur le site d'activ hotel ne soit pas transmise correctement à l'hotel (première nuit sans lit d'appoint pour notre fille) suite à une arrivée tardive à 23h45. Solutionné dés le lendemain matin." (97999129)

  Chambre très spacieuse avec vue sur la mer, calme et très propre.

  sanitaires un peu viellos et bruyant : à revoir

  "All the facilites of the hotel were adequate and as described. The hotel is very well situated to visit Funchal and close to Madiera Forum for shopping needs. There is also adequate parking." (99553368)
