    "Very well located hotel and it was clean." (107621922)

    Clean hotel, reception staff helpful and reasonable breakfast ( fresh fruit would have been nice) .

    Room was small and double bed was far too small(under 4feet).

    Hôtel trés bien situé, à proximité des transports et des sites.Propreté des chambres et de l'établissement en général.

    Chambre donnant sur la rue un peu bruyante et dépourvue de double vitrage. Petit déjeuner trés, trés ordinaire.Accueil professionnel mais sans chaleur; erreur sur le tarif qu'il a fallu faire rectifier (sans difficulté).

    "THE HOTEL IS IN A PERFECT LOCATION ON A PEDESTRIANISED STREET WITH LOTS OF RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND WITHIN EASY REACH OF ALL THE SITES, THE STATION, TRAMS AND METRO. THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. OUR ROOM WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND TOWELS AND BED LINEN WERE CHANGED EVERY DAY. WE WOULD VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND RECOMMEND IT WITHOUT HESITATION." (97806894)

    The hotel is in an ideal spot in the centre of Lisbon. There are lots of places within walking distance of the hotel and Metro and bus services are close by. The hotel is surprisingly good and very inexpensive. It is very well run and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and areas seem to be kept exceptionally clean.

    "The hotel is in a good location, easy to get to from the airport and has easy access to trams etc.There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Hard Rock Cafe is just around the corner.It is easy to go sightseeing from the Hotel if you want to go on foot as the castle, old town and waterfront are quite close."     The hotel is very central to shops,historic sites and museums and especially for restaurants and transport.it is a very well organised hotel, very friendly and excellent value for money.

    Front bedrooms are noisy at night because although pedestrianised the garbage collection is 3a.m. and the delivery vans drive very noisely over the cobbles and metal grids early in the morning.

    Very nice and clean room. I've seen expensier hotels been a lot less nicer than this one. Location is perfect, short walks to Alfama, Baixo, Barrio Alto and Chiado. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

    Breakfast is very basic but still OK. Lift is a bit noisy at nights, specially if you are on the sixth floor.
