    "The hotel was very well located and we could walk everywhere. We had a car which was no problem parking on the street. The staff always gave you a smiling welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them to serve you." (107672530)

    Staff were very friendly and took good care of you. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast options (slightly limited) were plentiful and very fresh, especially the bread and brioche.

    Our first night we were put in a room facing the street, it was very noisy. We asked to be moved and they were very helpful and put us in a lovely room facing the courtyard.

    "at £40 a night you probably couldn't do much better, however hotel is basic and there are no other facilities on offer. Breakfast very limited and for more than 2/3 nights gets very repeative. Maybe more can be offered with out having to re-design kitchen etc? yoguarts, boiled eggs, fresh fruit salad or even the option to pre-order a cooked breakfast. " (107510299)

    were able to check in early with no questions asked or ifs and buts. All staff very friendly and happy to help.

    Although hotel and room clean and cleaned daily, bathroom in particular the bath and shower has become grimy/limescaled and it leaves you feeling slightly concerned that its not as clean as it should be

    Very close to public transport and the old town and marina. thought the courtyard excellent.

    The man on reception was superb and extremely helpful. Breakfast had fresh warm rolls though not a great deal of choice.

    Good location, very close to nice city center. Very nice breakfast room/patio. Friendly and helpful staff.

    The shower was fascinatingly unpractical. Small cabinet and the shower placed so high on the wall you have to be 2m. tall to wash your hair. And the coffee for breakfast was terrible (weak).

    Very close to Faro rail station, that we arrived at. Room very clean, staff very pleasant.

    "The train and bus station are about 5 minutes walk away. restaurants and bars are nearby but a larger range in the busier part of Faro which is about 5 minutes away. the staff were very friendly and helpful." (99769792)

    Location was close enough to all amenities, bus and tain station etc. But in the quieter part of the city.
