  "Loved the Caiparinhas (not sure if it's spelt that way)which we were taught to make at lunch by the friendly waiter. Would prefer someone more welcoming on check in." (107140090)

  The waiter (young, male) in the restaurant who also served us in the bar the following night was extremely friendly and helpful, although they bar service was very slow, I think he was running the restaurant simultaneously. The male on reception at check out was also very nice.

  The female on reception was very abrupt, was on the phone for quite a while when we arrived and when she hung up she just said - Name? Unfortunately she was a bad introduction to Portugal for us and our friends accompanying us. She also couldn't find their reservation which they found for her on the list but originally she was saying they didn't have a booking.

  The accommodation was very modern and stylish, very clean and all accessories were excellent

  We would recomend this Hotel to anyone visiting Porto, it is well located just off the motorway but remains quiet, and access to the City centre does not require joining the rush hour traffic on the motorway. The bar is quiet and reasonable and WIFI internet access is available although charged for. The restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet is excellent
