Hotel is in a good location.Clean and tidy.We would stay again.Handy to metro & buses etc.
The bed was fairly hard.Could do with a better bed.

"Saying all the negative things about the cleanliness of the hotel, I would stay there again because it is so close to everything, metros, station, the river etc. The staff are very helpful and friendly" (97133434)
The central location. You are close to everything. Staff were very friendly. Good breakfast but they need to make better coffee.
The hotel needs to be cleaned . Our room was in serious need of a good clean. Coffee at breakfast tastes of dishwater.

"A good central location and very close to the Trindade metro station. Only stayed one night in order to catch an early flight but experience was good. Room was clean with a good view as it was on the front of the hotel. Staff were english speaking and very helpful. Could describe the bathroom as a bit tatty but for ?40 in central Porto it proved to be very good value for money. Left too early to try the breakfast." (97472934)
