    "Frustrating" (107864360)

    Position

    This was booked as a 4 star hotal and was in fact a 4 diamond guest house. I was mis sold this acommodation I booked two double rooms.One of the rooms would have fitted 3 times into the other as it was so small in comparison. No hot water in the morning in a very small shower room.

    "Hotel has a couple of annex's the one I stayed in was newly refurbished and very acceptable." (107604625)

    Welcoming staff who could not do enough on arrival and departure. Parking was very convenient - round the corner and only é9 for overnight between 5pm and 11am.

    Could not get the wifi internet up and running, hot water was a little cold.

    "This hotel added to what was already a good time. It is centrally located within a short walk of everyhting you need. The room was very pleasant - large and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff we met were helpful and keen to ensure that we enjoyed our stay." (97650933)

    "This hotel was just what I was looking for, small, friendly and centrally located. Room service was not as good as it could have been. It would be useful to make guests aware of it's limitations." (99983738)

    Very clean, Central Location, Lovely rooms with nice prints/paintings, Very nice bathroom, Lovely door knobs with flowers painted on them

    Noise from street (nightclub disco) and other rooms can be heard quite loudly in the room.
