    "Once i got a reassonably quiet room it was fairly good. I would take a radiator valve key with me next time." (107360311)

    Large rooms, clean, comfortable, good value.

    Hot water was tepid, could only just have a cool shower, Central heating very noisy, had to change rooms, the whole system needed bleeding to remove air.Food was only just average.

    I thought that the Hotel was very good value and the hotel was spotles the girls on reception were excellent. However when we got to our room there was a dreadful smell of Cigarette smoke. When i told the girls on rec they sorted this out straight away. The service in the bar was very slow and there was only 1 peron on behind the bar doing taking orders for food and drinks.

    "The quality of the buffet breakfast was particularly poor. Guests were expected to furrage among burnt pieces of pudding, half-cooked sausages and puréed fried tomatoes in order to get some hot food. There was no brown bread and it wasn't replaced even after asking. This was particularly disappointing as we'd had a pleasant meal in the restaurant the previous evening. We were down for breakfast before 9:00, so it wasn't as if the food was no longer being served." (97271347)

    Friendly staff and good food in the restuarant for an evening meal.

    Our room and the corridor outside had a strong smell of stale nicotine and there was evidence of where somebody had been sick along the corridor.

    "We would have liked to eat in the restaurant but it was a very expensive a la carte menu so we went into Dundalk. It was a pity there wasn't more choice." (97434260)

    WE ARRIVED AND CHECKED IN TO OUR ROOM TO FIND IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED SINCE PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS, BUT THIS WAS QUICKLY RECTIFIED

    "An adequate modern hotel. This hotel has all the services you would expect from a business hotel, it is clean and staff are friendly. It has no character or atmosphere however." (99013105)

    It was clean and spacious.

    WE booked a suite expecting if not too rooms two distinct area's but really we just got a vast strangely shaped room which meat the furniture was arranged in a haphazard and uncomfortable way.

    L'Hotel si presenta bene, pulito ed accogliente.

    L'impianto di riscaldamento, quando acceso, produceva un forte rumore nella camera per circa un'ora; il rumore poi si riduceva ma non spariva. Il cibo del ristorante dell'albergo non fra i migliori.

    We had a suite and it was wonderful highly recomend ot.

    The hotel was very busy during our stay and the breakfast was terrible, self service, 7.30 to 10.30 Nothing left about 10.00
