"Very good experience , would have no hesitation to stay at the hotel again or reccommend it to anybody." (107477875)

Comfortable , relaxed hotel with a great attitude to guests. Staff always on hand to help with any request we had.

Shower was a bit tight for me i am over 6ft though but everything was excellent.

Great location. Good internet value-for-money deal. Pleasant room

Breakfast rather confusing. Asked to pay for some items (hot chocolate!). Need to be clear whether breakfast is included or not. This is a small, pleasant hotel. It is NOT in luxury catagory. Price needs to reflect this. In our case we were happy as we got excellent web deal

Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant / bar. And efficient service. Cool little hotel and rooms are good.

Bathroom way too small. Toilet too low down, shower head too big for a small cubicle. Our sink didn't drain and we had to ask 2 times before it was fixed.

"Great hotel - staff could not have been nicer. Location fantastic & sound-proofing completely eliminated street noise. Bar/restaurant food was good & reasonably priced. Won't stay anywhere else!" (99598643)

The location was fantastic & despite being next to busy road, sound-proofing enabled good sleep. The staff were great - reception, porters, bar, restaurant staff were eager to please & chatty.

Felt the rooms, although I loved the decor, were a bit on the small side.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel restaurant was as good as if not better than any other restaurant in twon.
