  "A lovely weekend break would of liked to have seen more of limmerick but the wheather was not kind to us ,so we saw quite a lot of great irish pubs instead" (107272081)

  The rooms were lovely and have the most comfiest beds i have ever stept in a hotel in. Our whole party agreed.

  Breckfast was v disapointing not much choice ! Hardly any hot food ready.

  Good bed and decore, good location

  bathroom fan did not work. Light bulb inoperable. Internet printing not available (important with Ryannair!). Not good for guests with motor vehicles

  "SATISFACTORY" (107105938)

  FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, QUICK AND TASTEY.

  NO IRON WAS SUPPLIED IN THE ROOMS AND THE SHOWER WAS POOR

  Good location

  Hardly a boutique hotel in the commonly understood sense. Poorly trained staff. More of a sleeping machine

  Good sized clean rooms with helpful staff

  Noise from disco on Friday night Wash basin drain plug did not open and close properly

  Friendly, flexible staff. Excellent location in the city centre. PArking arrangement suitable.

  Very well located, in short walking distance to a local amenities. Good bar and food facilities.

  Prices usually quite expensive but got a deal for 3 nights or more so was well worth the price we paid. Bar prices quite heavy!

  Very friendly and helpful staff

  Our room was at the front of the hotel on a busy street. There was lots of noise and shouting drunk people but the staff were happy to move us to a quieter room for the rest of our stay.

  "Repeat visit. At the moment the best value hotel in Limerick value to quality. The only gripe with stays here is the difficulty in obtainig a table even when a resident." (97323131)

  "Expected the quality to be much higher as it describes itself as a boutique hotel. Towels were thin and cheap, toiliteries unexciting, bed comfortable but wrong size cover for quilt. Nice tea and coffee provided but had to ask for it to be refilled and maid didn't know what herbal tea was. Curtains were hanging down, wallpaper getting shabby, no rack for case. Not 4*despite initial impression. Staff were very friendly however, but there were no offers of help with baggage and the carpark is a block away, wrong information was given over the phone so carpark was closed for the night when we arrived, they meant well but just seemed a bit clueless. And we were locked into our room one morning, glad there was no emergency evacuation during the night!" (97451729)

  Modern design, city centre location, comfortable room

  Noisy drunk girls next door on first night. Helpful staff changed our room-staff generally friendly and helpful, but seemed inexperienced and lacking in direction

  "Lovely atmosphere in the hotel, maybe a little unusual that the bar opens onto the reception area - i liked this but the lively atmosphere of the bar on a Saturday evening may be a little too much for an elderly couple however I enjoyed this! Only thing i found a little unusual was that the Resident's bar only served draft beer! would have expected the taps to be closed and for only bottles or shorts to be sold! however this is a very minor comment. Overall a very pleasant stay! and great to wake up of my own accord i.e. no noise from hotel staff cleaning rooms or in the corridor the following morning! - this was excellent!" (99380991)

  Lovely atmosphere in the hotel which started at the front door when greeted by the conceirge.. a very lively bar in the hotel also. Rooms were very clean and well presented
