  "Loved the hotel and location. Will make sure that I arrive early next time so we are not the ones to be disappointed" (107582104)

  Excellent location, Staff did everything they could to make up for the over booking on the first night.

  Hotel over booked first night and we had to go to another hotel for first night, which was outside the area we were visiting. Causing us issues as we had no car, hotel were only willing to pay for one taxi fare to and from the new hotel :-((

  A well managed,very comfortable hotel with a very pleasant and helpful staff.

  Hardy's Bar seemed understaffed on Saturday night but those staff on duty did their best to cope in a difficult situation.

  Excellent room

  beds not made up, sink blocked and generally bathroom was not properly prepared/cleaned

  Excellent location, well staffed, clean and modern.

  First room had sink that leaked all over bathroom floor, and a kettle etc. but no cups. However staff acted quickly to move us to another room. Chips in restaurant sent back as not cooked. These things are just anoying and should not happen in a hotel of this supposed standard. In fairness apologies and a small discount were offered.

  The appearance of the hotel on arrival was beautiful.

  The service and care from the staff from arrival was very poor.

  Nice big room, fitted in with company expense guideline

  Bar was very cold. Breakfast was uninspiring.
