  "Very great value for the money paid." (107426080)

  First and foremost: I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They made different recommendations for a variety of things, including but not limited to, restaurants, things to do, places to see, etc. I liked that the room was large and modern. Very clean and accommodating for us.

  Not really in the center of the city as described, but close enough.

  "Very good apart from the outside noise from late night/early morning traffic and students." (107359300)

  Luxurious fittings and excellent standard of room.

  Being at the front of the hotel is extremely noisy and I was kept awake between 1.30 am - 4.00 am on a Thursday evening when the students were on a late evening out. However, the rear-facing rooms do not have a good view.

  Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice of cooked or fresh fruit and irish soda bread, fast service.

  Room on the top floor of the Lancaster Lodge was a little cramped and dark because of the deep window recess, would preferred a room with picture window.

  "A very enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful even when things went wrong. Loads to eat at breakfast. Lots of private parking." (97696725)

  Everything, The room was fantastic.

  No hot water in the morning. However the staff gave us another room to use instantly when we let them know.

  "Overall the stay was fine. I have previously stayed at the Lancaster Lodge and the standard remins of a good quality" (99631711)

  Friendly atmosphere wihtout being over intrusive

  Poor visibility out of room due to small window access (can't do much about that)Otherwise room was fine!

  Room was comfortable, well serviced.

  Design / layout of the lounge could be more comfortable for people wishing to spend a little time in the hotel
