    "Very nice hotel in good location. Stayed here before and asked for a room that did not face the motorway. We were given a quieter room overlooking the fountain." (107683657)

    Breakfast too expensive. We went else where.

    "Pleasantly surprised by the amenities and overall "niceness" of the room. It's a good place to stay if you are renting a car, but a bit inconvenient if you are planning to use public transport. The staff was relatively pleasant and it was easy to fix any small problems that you might encounter during your stay." (107125150)

    The hotel was excellently priced for the facilities available. The rooms were a good size, clean, and extremely comfortable. If we had a problem and voiced it to the staff they helped us to fix it and were, in general, fairly pleasant.

    There were several things that we had to ask for. We were supposed to have an internet cable in our room and we didn't and the steps to work the tv weren't exactly intuitive. Someone also threw up in the hallway outside of the elevators and it took them longer to clean up than I would have guessed with such nice facilities. The hotel was also more than a little bit away from Dublin proper. If you are planning on renting a car this hotel would be great, but if you are just a traveler there for a weekend and plan on using the bus system I don't know if I would recommend it. The bus ride took and hour each way and the buses only run until 11:30 or so, which means that you can't stay in Dublin late to hang out. It was easy to catch the bus and figuring out the system was simple, but in general it wasn't the most convenient.

    The room and it facilities were excellent. Very clean and everything very modern. I particularly liked the bathroom.

    Accommodation staff disturbed us twice before we checked out and were still in bed (once at 9.45am and then again at 10.15am.)This problem could be easily rectified so as not to disturb future guests.

    THe room was spacious and comfortable. Able to relax after long journey.

    Was unable to turn off the haeting and a request to front desk was abit like. Turn the knob on the radiator. Only problem it was broken so had to sleep with window open for the night and get used to the traffic noise. I was just to tired to complain as ?I don't believe it would have being a pleasent experience for either the night staff or me.

    The special rate, the location and the breakfast.

    Only one staff member I encountered knew what service meant. The others seemed too young, shy and inexperienced to know how to handle any needs or questions.
