  "Excellent hotel, would stay there again. I would not use Active hotels again to make my booking for the reasons above" (107383421)

  Hotel was an excellent standard and the service was brilliant

  The online booking process was smooth, however it wasnt clear enough that full payment had not been taken from the card. I was using a business card to make the booking and do not personally have a credit card. This caused some confusion when checking in and I had to wait for 1 hour before I could get into my room.

  Excellent from checkin to departure. Good size room. Attentative staff. Highly recommend

  "Upon entering you have to go upstairs to reception - where is the sign for the elevator? Totally hated the decor theme. Lack of atmosphere in the place. I left my travel clock behind when leaving and called for it upon my return a week later. It was recorded as being found. The helpful staff spent twenty minutes looking for it and couldn't find it. Next day I got a call to say it had been found and they would forward it to me. I think the silly decor spoils this place - personal taste really isn't it." (97918179)

  The room was wonderful, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel was certainly interesting, a trip to the toilets, wheter you need to or not, is a must!!

  We were disappointed that there was no food after 10pm. We understand this will change as the hotel grows. On a brighter side our hunger made the fantastic breakfast all the more desirable.
