    Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very convenient.

    Room didn't have a bath - I could have done with a nice relaxing soak!! Fire doors at end of corridoor really banged when shutting - not good at 3am.

    The accomodation was very clean and relatively spacious for a family room.

    Major roadworks at the road junction outside made access to the hotel difficult for visitors. Noise not disruptive once inside.

    Non è propriamente il centro di Dublino anche se è comunque molto ben collegato

    "The hotel access was difficult because of major roadworks. It would have helped to have had warning of this - it caused some inconvenience when driving and when accessing the nearby LUAS tram on foot. In general the stay was OK for comfort and reasonable value. A wee bit of investment in the room furnishings could have made the stay more comfortable." (97804389)

    Easy and informal booking in and out. My son ate a good breakfast on two mornings. Staff were helpful. Any requests were speedily dealt with. The shower was good. the room was kept clean and serviced each day.

    Room a bit run down (bare carpet, basic firm bed - not sprung). There was a charge for internet access. My wife did not like buffet breakfast selection which never changed.

    bed was broken, the temperature gauge on the shower didn't work. the room smelt bad, the heating wasn't on when we arrived

    "I was confused on your website when looking for availability and still unsure how I ended up with a nonrefundable charge for my stay. That was odd. Nice hotel, very clean and efficient and friendly. Only real complaint was the noise. So I learned not to prepay in the future." (97837767)

    courteous, friendly staff and comfortable bed, room was very clean and well kept by maintenance

    construction and roadsigns were poor on learning to get into the hotel, I was put on the first floor and it was very noisy, I couldn't get much rest so I forfeited the last day, checked out and stayed in town the last night.

    "Bien accueilli. Possibilité de communiquer en français si besoin. Propre. Bien situé, proximité de l'autoroute, car après le vol en avion, côté pratique de rester une nuit avant de prendre le volant à gauche... Prochaine occasion, on espère y retourner..... car ma fille aime bien l'irlande et y travaille." (97264024)

    Avantage d'avoir pu communiquer en français à la réception, ne pratiquant pas l'anglais Bien placé près de l'autoroute (dommage travaux !!!!!) Prix intéressant pour l'étranger.

    "Good all round. However, I have not been to Dublin before and finding the hotel was traumatic, mainly due to the road works. As these are long term, you may wish to consider issuing a little map as the directions were inadequate" (97392428)
