"Good, staff were friendly but confusion over booking was disappointing. I handed in my voucher and filled in the booking form but these items could not be found to help resolve my query." (107337932)
Problem with reservation. I was booked for 3 nights yet the staff/system had me for 2 nights. We had no clean towels & no breakfast for last morning, yet nobody could confirm the error.
