  "For $200 for 3 ppeople to stay, this was a rip off. Smoke smell throughout. Mattresses thin and sagging to the middle, all of the rooms stank of smoke, we looked a 5 before settling on the best of the worst. All of the rooms we checked overlooked a noisy, reeking courtyard full of vents and machinery. Though the bathroom was well appointed the shower had three settings, off, scalding and icy as the mxing valve did not seem to work. The hotel needs an interior renovation. The carpeting was well stained and we walked past a large clump of hair lying in the corridor. The wall paper is dated and everything smells of cigarettes. If you are a non smoker, asthmatic or in any way sensitive to smoke, avoid this hotel. When we went to check in, they could not find our reservation, even though we booked through Active Hotels online. Later I was told that instead of a single reservation they had received reservations for 3 seperate rooms, under a misspelling of my surname..." (107623103)

  Restaurant Air Conditioned, elevators, centrally located on The Diamond, staff was very friendly

  All rooms are smoking- no non-smoking at all in hotel Dirty, run down rooms and corridors. 4 star lobby 1 star room. Shower mixing valve didn't work- scald or freeze

  "Good. Just what we needed for our first two nights in Ireland and very handy for pottering around the town." (107235373)

  Good welcome, helpful advice about free parking, comfortable room with everything in working order. Nice atmosphere and good breakfasts

  We had a room facing the Diamond, which was lovely but very noisy at night - and it was too warm to sleep with the window closed. The room was directly above the bus stop and the smokers! If we'd been staying longer, we'd have had to ask to move.

  "A very fine experience." (97315606)

  Very comfortable room and a friendly, efficient staff.

  Shower control was a bit shaky.
