Beautiful rooms, grounds, decor...helpful, friendly staff.
The duvet on the bed was of too heavy a tog for summer and the feather pillows affected my allergy symptoms.

Fantastic room. Beautiful location. Pleasant staff.
TV did not work properly. Evening bar staff were very slow. Bar was understaffed.

"Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at hotel. Am planning on returning for longer break soon. I would highly recommend to everyone to experience this hotel" (97655379)
Bed was luxurious, bathroom was exquisite, staff excellent their service was second to none, garden and grounds gorgeous

Standard of decor/rooms/staff friendliness and service. Helen on reception and Marek in the restaurant were outstanding - perhaps two of the best staff we've ever come across in thirty years of staying in hotels!
