  "Overall a pleasant weekend at a very reasonable price. You could do a lot worse in Dublin. Management is trying hard to improve the tone and reputation of the hotel. " (107708394)

  An air of distinction with plenty of facilities including beautician, pizza restaurant, an array of vending machines and other eating establishments. Room was bigger than average with adequate facilities. Hotel is close to the Ballsbridge shops and Tesco

  The room could do with refurbishment of it's bygone splendour. The bed was quite hard. No laundry facilities.

  "The hotel was a very pleasant hotel with a very nice restaurant bar attached. Ideally located as it is away from the city center but not in the middle of nowhere. " (107877035)

  the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating as I had to change my reservation due to my flight being canceled.

  All was excellent

  Very little to complain about maybe more staff to assist at check in would be a suggestion.

  staff were excellent. Room was big. Good value for money. Bar was great fun!!

  Hotel was clean, Staff were friendly courteous and helpful. Nice location

  Bathroom mirror had hole in in poorly filled with sealant. Tea and coffe facilities very poor only allowing for 1 cup of tea per day, at the room price i would have thought that more could have been available. Water pressure for shower was poor. Would have liked more information about Dublin in the hotel room.

  All was as one would expect it to be

  Finding the hotel and parking was nothing short of a nightmare, sat nav systems struggled and eventially I had to ring the golden pages to be put through.

  "As good as it gets. Frieda was very pleasant and helpful." (97726120)

  Brreakfast was very nice. Information in the guide provided was very helpful as to orientation. Centre of town location allowed us to walk to all of Kilkenny's attractions, shopping and eating district Grounds room and location were excellent.

  I can't think of any.
