    nmothing customer service stink

    they turned the heating off in the night making the room very could and uncomfortable. wouldn't even recommend it to a dog.

    The room was tiny, 6 inches between the 3 beds! Breakfast was limited. Facilities in room poor

    Hotel was clean and most staff courteous and polite

    Rooms smaller than impression was given. On booking it was not explained that it was just a deposit and that we had to pay the remainder at the hotel as it came up the full price on the booking

    The room was awfully small - we could hardly move in it. Decor very old and in poor condition. Window catches broken. Cold water just a trickle. Only just bearable for an overnight stay

    Room comfortable; staff helpful.

    Bathroom a bit spartan - no plug; tiny wash basin; no shelf above washbasin. Also no remote for TV. Only one quota of milk left daily - not much good if more than one cup of coffee is required.

    the breakfast was good staff where polite and friendly

    alarm clock was broken unable to use tv worked but unable to get picture on it

    Precio muy económico. La habitación y el baño estaban en buenas condiciones de limpieza. El desayuno es adecuado.

    La habitación tenía numerosos desperfectos como armarios desvencijados y puertas rotas. Escasez de enchufes. Había un molesto ruido nocturno probablemente procedente de un motor de aire acondicionado o similar.

    Clean hotel, beds comfortable. Good location.

    Very basic hotel. Rooms and bathrooms very small. Should be a bit cheaper.
