  "Quick, easy and early check in. Ideal for what we wanted in London." (108615565)

  Location just off Trafalgar Square, cleanliness, quality of room, good view.

  Bar closed at 11 so was not available for a drink when we got back from the show. A bit lacking in atmosphere probably as it is aimed primarily at the business market.

  "Our stay was more enjoyable thanks to the excellent staff." (108412249)

  The room booked was not large enough for 4 adults. On hearing of our disappointment the receptionist quickly changed the booking at no extra cost. He was most courteous and helpful and showed a level of customer relations that most upmarket and more expensive hotels do not. All in all Pascale made our weekend and the next tinme we are in London we will not hesitate to staqy here again. Many thanks.

  "Comfortable and convenient. Would stay again, especially when restaurant is open" (108121227)

  Convenient location. Imposing building. Clean and well maintained. Spacious room. Good value for money.

  No easy chair in the room, although there was more than enough space for one. With 2 people in the room the desk chair was hardly adequate. At check out I was charged VAT on top of the rate quoted in my booking confirmation (which was VAT inclusive). Overpayment was refunded - clerk explained that "they had been having problems with dot com bookings".

  "Excellent base for the theatre district. Close to the tube station makes it ideal for sight seeing around London generally. Thames and London Eye only a shortwalk away." (107457425)

  Good location, good facilities, helpful and polite staff

  One of the lifts out of order on arrival caused a bit of a problem and about a 15 minute wait. To be fair it was fixed by the next day.
