    Excellent service, comfy rooms and a lovely breakfast.

    When I handed the keys over nothing was said but I received a telephone call later saying there was a problem with the payment.

    Breakfast buffet was good.

    location of and access to the room was very poor. Bed clothes were damp and the room was cold.

    very comfortable room in a quiet location on the Prom

    Cups had not been washed properly and some other aspects of housekeeping could be better but the price was right!

    Nice staff.

    Couldn't get steam room or sauna working. Towels were rough on skin. No tissue in room.

    Staff helpful & friendly. Room clean and furnishings comfortable. Food plentyful, well prepared and served

    As a seaside hotel Seagulls are present however the windows were dirty and soiled which spoilt the view. A window cleaner should be sought.

    Very helpful, friendly staff, comfortable bed , very clean ,good breakfast.

    Room rather small with a poor view overlooking service area.This was not the impression given on website.

    Very clean and looked like the decor had been recently updated. Fantasitc view of the prom and beach from the room. Staff were courteous and efficient, the check in was simple and straight forward. The breakfast provided in the price was well cooked and plentyful.

    Nothing serious to mention.

    "Would recommend this hotel to others" (107676110)

    Excellent location. In Aberystwth to visit the Vale of Rheidol Railway. Food at the hotel evening meal was good as was the breakfast. We found the lift to the upper floors was a great help with our luggage.

    Car park area behind the hotel was bit grotty

    hotel was well situated though room could have done with some tlc it was clean though

    dined in restaurant one night food was good but service a bit chaotic as not enough staff on wouldn't go there again but just didn't like Aberystwyth

    "A small investment into some black (block) out curtains would improve this hotel to excellent all round, but with not being able to sleep because of the lights burning all night directly into our room was unacceptable for this level of hotel." (107994567)

    The view from the room on the beach front was excellent

    The curtains in the room did not keep out the lights which are used to light up the front of the building and it was day light in our room all night so we moved to a new hotel the next day so we could get some sleep

    It was on the sea front and provided the view I was looking for

    Oh dear, the room was in a very poor state, the furniture had been updated but the state of the decoration and woodwork was very sad.
