  Owner has no pride in his establishment - absentee! Expected shuttle service not available. Very noisy. Untrained staff.

  "Extremely disappointing, will not be staying or recommending this hotel at all" (108987246)

  Room was not clean, heating did not work. Shower/Basin/Toilet was blocked so that when you flushed the toilet, it was bubbling out though the shower drain. Reception was not manned - we had a half hour wait before we were seen and then were told that we had been overbooked and had to be transfered to another hotel. We waited again, only to be told that they could accomodate us after all.

  Personal reagierte auf Beanstandungen und änderte Missstande(Bett bezogen, Zimmerreinigung)

  Bad schlecht gereinigt keine vernünftigen Duschmöglichkeiten , Zimmer ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten, KLeiderschrank schmutzig, Frühstück sehr schlicht

  "The hotel was adequate for an overnight stay, but at the same price many other, better hotel/B&B options are available." (108396569)

  Close to STN airport, easily accessible with public transport

  The overall cleanliness of the room was not so great, especially the carpet would have needed heavy vacuum-cleaning. The towels were not inluded in the room rate. The shower in the room was not working.

  Extremly poor breakfast,no towels in shower,poor cleanliness in room and around hotelarea, they didn´t answer questions I had on email

  "It was like staying in a "Doss House"." (107743614)

  Shower thermostat not working, water was very hot & dangerous and had to use other facilities further down the corridor. Was not warned about providing own towel!!
