  "Excellent value for money location and a clean, spacious apartment. All that was needed was more equipment in the kitchen. Giovani's the Italian round the corner was an excellent restaurant as well!" (108582830)

  Central, clean and spacious

  No glasses or cups in the cupboard, which made having a cuppa tricky!

  booking it was easy - nice room

  facilities did not match cardiff bay apartments - eg gym on site / dvd player also kitchen would have benefitted from some wash up liquid some more glasses andsalt & pepper and a frying pan

  Excellent facilities and location

  No one available to check us in but when she did arrive she was excellent. As it is a self catering apartment, consideration needs to be made on supplying tea towels.

  Nice Apartment

  1/2 loo roll for 2 nights, door to balcony broke no staff on site at any point over 2 night stay to fix problems. Building unfinished.

  "We really enjoyed the luxury of staying in a serviced apartment and would stay here again, particularly when the 'teething' problems have been ironed out." (107381370)

  Brilliant receptionist and spacious apartment with great kitchen. Also very clean apartment and very comfy bed. Great location for shopping too.

  The development was not finished to as high a standard as we would expect - an example being the first apartment we were given was missing a handle off the patio door which could not be closed. There were loose paving stones on the outside balcony, a leaking boiler, only one full sized bath towel in the bathroom, no bath mat, no washing up liquid and no teatowels. Although the receptionist was indeed excellent, she is only one person and cannot be on hand 24hrs a day to sort all issues out. Perhaps having reception manned for longer would be a solution, as would be having a maintainence person more frequently on site to replace missing light bulbs and other small issues. All in all, any problems we encountered were of minor nature and I'm sure they will be sorted out soon.
