Fantastic location and friendly, professional, courteous staff. The breakfast provided & the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. I was moved from the annexe (Loca Azzurra B&B) to the main hotel when a single room became available there.

Hotel San Luca was excellent value for money. We stayed in the annexe section, in a Venetian style room, with exposed ceiling beams - it was absolutely lovely! The room was cleaned daily and the toiletries re-equipped. They even provided moisturiser as part of the toiletries, which was a really nice touch. The man who was predominantly at reception is fluent in English, which was a big help for us. The hotel is located within in a 2 minute walk from the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge and no more than a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco - so central! The free wifi connection is a great plus! Considering this hotel opened in January 2009, it's standards are on par or even better than other 3 star hotels that we've stayed in in Italy. We would definitely recommend hotel San Luca to our family and friends.
