"very good nice clean hotel and fab breakfastand friendly staff" (108348206)

good price for room, and local to halls of res for visiting my son

could not get b n b as was offered this at another hotel for 45 pounds but missed out due to checking dates with son

"the stay was overshadowed on our arrival by the rude member of staff who checked us in, however the room was clean and the other staff were very helpful and eager to help." (108847039)

room had all the facilities we required as well as a bar and somewhere to eat. Some fo the staff were very helpful, particularly the restaurant staff. Room was tidy and clean.

One member of the reception staff who checked us in was very rude and obstructive. The room smelled strongly of stale water that had been lying in pipes. The vending machines did not work.

Convenience to the city centre and surrounding areas. General speaking, the hotel is quite good staffs are very helpful.

Not enough parking space and the air conditioner set too warm in the whole building and cannot regulate in the room.

The only complaint that I would have is that the room was too hot. The window only opened a fraction and it wasn't possible to control the temperature in the room. On the plus side, there was a desk fan in the room which helped
