  "Generally good. Very hassle free but you need more staff at breakfast/check out time. Dirty room service plates should not be sitting in corridors for over a day. If twin rooms are not twin rooms you should indicate this at the time of booking." (108633696)

  Clean room, easy check in, very central location. Staff friendly, helpful and polite.

  Unable to book a twin room online, had to book and then call the hotel to ask for my booking to be made a twin. Twin room was a double bed and what looked like a childs bed. Room service plates were left in the corridor from when we arrived and were still there when we left. Lack of staff at breakfast time. No-one at reception and no-one clearing dirty plates from the restaurant area which meant that we decided to have breakfast elsewhere.

  "all in all the stay was good I will certainly goback and stay again" (108342148)

  The stay was a very good experience, the room was clean and yes there was some noise, but the hotel was in the middle of the city.

  The hotel is near to the railway but it is not so bad I have stayed worst. The towels as in all of these hotels are on the small side....

  "Good experience - the hotel cope with the railway noise by good double glazing but difficult if you want fresh air at night. But a minor point." (108569993)

  value for mney clean

  asked for wake up call and never received at check in was told you only had my first name and yet i had paperwork with me that you had emailed to me prior to my visit and it clearly stated my full name

  "poor - I booked online fro two nights and was told on arrival that I had only booked one, then my credit card was charged three times fro the stay. Also, internet did not work (never had logon problem before using vpn)" (107909672)
