    "Compared to other hotels in neighbouring St Petersburg or Tallinn it is overpriced but for Helsinki I guess it is reasonable. Great location, safe,clean,helpful staff but don't rely on it if you need a good Wi-Fi connection or are on a tight budget." (108697751)

    Excellent location.....really EXCELLENT, helpful staff, great water pressure in the shower!

    The price....but that's Helsinki! Accommodation is steep. Terrible Wi-Fi connection......we had the same problem in the other hotel we stayed in Helsinki also.

    Location was good.

    Staff were not overly helpful/friendly Expensive for what the room was A dreadful hissing noise coming from the bathroom I couldn't turn off I arrived late evening and it took me ages to get into the building - leaving me standing in the cold outdoors.

    Great location in the midst of the city centre, cozy atmosphere, good rates. A recommendation for anyone.

    The bathroom could have been cleaner.

    Bathroom/toilet extremely small and difficult to get into with the door arrangement. Directions when booking from ferrries and stations would be helpful.

    The location of the hotel is excellent. It is a short walk away from the Grand Market, Tori, Lutheran Cathedral, Senate Square, National Museum of Finland, and other notable attractions in Helsinki. Our room was not luxurious, but had all the basics and was clean and comfortable.

    "The hotel offered everything I needed except internet connection for one night stay in the town. It was in the best location in the town, and I would be quite happy only if the room was kept a little bit cleaner." (108543351)

    Location, friendly staff Nice, cozy layout of the room

    There was no internet connection on the night I stayed. The room was not so clean as I found some dust in the corners of the room. The inside of refregerator was VERY dirty.

    Easy to book, easy to check in, adequate facilities, great location and good value for money.

    Very basic and a bit dull and dingy but good value for money so that makes up for it.
