  accueil pro, et agréable. Installations récentes.

  mauvais fonctionnement de la clim. Nous avons eu froid la nuit. Pas de savon ni shampooing à disposition. Moquette pas très nette.

  "Generally a good value for money." (108681914)

  -The Kitchenette was excellent as it meant that we had the option to cook as opposed to eating out. -Public transport easily accessible (Bus no.43 in the area which takes you to Val d Europe and is about 10 mins away. Also the use of trains & underground services could also be taken from Val d' Europe which conviently has a shopping mall for all your shopping needs.

  -The outdoor pool was always cold -There was no kettle.

  localisation - prix/qualité - calme la nuit

  a améliorer : propreté des éléments cuisine (frigo - évier - plaques de cuisson ..)- entretien des moquettes ou moquettes vieillissantes - nettoyage des tables du petit déjeuner

  "Booked and stayed in the hotel for a family visit to Disney land and would not hesitate to visit the holtel again if we are visiting the area. Worst thing about our stay was the visit to Disneyland, we booked for a 2130 shuttle bus back to the hotel and was so impressed with it we left 5 hours early. With the exchange rate as it is at the moment, I would advise on filling up with fuel and stocking up on food, clothing etc in the UK as it can be very pricey in France." (108217550)

  Clean, staff courteous and more than willing to listen to people who could not speak their language. Cooking facilities in the room. Ample off road parking. Outdoor swimming pool to cool off in. Shuttle bus to Disneyland. State of roads in France excellent and felt safe driving (even in Paris), French people very polite and helpful.

  Breakfast a bit pricey, it is cheaper to but the same food at the local supermarket and eat in your room.

  Easy to find hotel leaving Disney Park.

  Attention to detail poor, check in process was slow, no explanation regarding sofabed and pillows, no explanation that breakfast wasn't included, cob webs in dining area, tables unclean.

  Nice swimming pool and also mini kitchen for cooking purposes etc

  One of light bulb was fused already but its ok as it was provided with lots of light

  Nice large room for a family of 4, small fully equipped chicken, good cleaning service, 2 parking places outside and one underground, nice pool in the back garden. We were able to check-in at 2 am.

  Even if we made the reservation and paid for it online, they didn't took the money out from the Credit Card, instead they want us to pay by cash or check on arrival (at 2 am) because they said their Credit Card machine was broken. One receptionist (out of 5) didn't speak English. Free WiFi internet doesn't work all the time.
