Ease of booking, clean lobby, good breakfast, attentive staff.
lift were difficult to use with card. Was told that it would be £4 to park car over rd. wasnt told i had to get it out of car park before 9 am. cost me £16 bad. Only 1 spare pillow which had a mark on it, would hvae preferred 2. only 1 large towel in the room again would have preferred 2
