Got the room changed straight away when the bath couldn't be unplugged.

Bath couldn't be unplugged in the first room. The view was below any kind of expectation (room 101 and 103) I was told my card did not work, so I used another: then I got charged double on both cards.

"Adequate but will ask the size of room before I book next time" (108266778)

Breakfast staff and food very good especially the waitress, she was very helpful

Room far too small, I suffer from claustrofobia, not big enough for two persons Internet station situated in wrong place screen should be facing away from the large glass windows to combat reflection. I could not read the screen because of the light

restaurant staff seem to be bothered by our presence and not too will to see if we required service at all or not

No obvious directions from the airport terminal to Ibis Hotel for guests not arriving by car. There is a regular bus service (stop en route to Parkway) but it isn't well promoted.
