    "Not likely to stay here again" (108552270)

    Room was quite clean and fresh

    I did not realise prior to arrival that the rooms were external. I would not choose to stay in this type of accomodation as a lone female.

    on arrival the first room we were given smelt as if someone had been smoking We were given a second room but this had not been cleaned the towels were still on the bathroom floor and the bed was unmade etc After a third move every thing was fine and we enjoyed our stay

    Staff were very good, helpful and polite.

    We had little to no sleep due to the noise coming from above and the room next door.

    "Recognise that everyone needs a place to live but would not stay in this environment again." (108674083)

    Was not up to the normal Ibis Hotel standards & rooms were all external, as a motel, did not feel secure. Hotel appears to be used by public agencies to house some clients in need of homes.

    "It is OK just, but next time I think we will pay a couple of extra pounds and stay somewhere a bit nicer, but saying that if this was the only hotel with a room I would use it again." (107777960)

    Location is handy only a couple of mins walk to the Mailbox. It was surprisingly quiet and we actually got a good nights sleep.

    The hotel is quite run down, there are so many stains on the carpet you try to hover and make a note to start packing sleepers!
