    Checking in and out was nade easy by reception staff who were very friendly and polite. The room itself was comfortable for a one night stay.

    The wifi internet was not working. Carpets were repaired with heavy duty tape. The bar was left for long periods making getting a drink time consuming at one point I waited 10mins for staff to appear. Unfortunately breakfast arrived and each item was either cold or very over cooked and reheated and therefore not meeting the food safety regulations.

    Clean hotel, Lots of choice on breakfast menu, clean room, good size shower and bath in are room.Outside area very nice idea to sit relaxe in the summer.

    Room slightly musky and cold (stayed early October), Mattress could do with being renewed could feel springs.We stayed so we could see a show the resturant didn,t open until 18.30pm this didn,t give us time to eat and then go and see the show we was looking forward to the meal but couldn,t have it.

    Very nice dining room and outside patio, staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Bed was made with a sheet and a very tired and tatty blanket, TV in room was tiny and worked with a small wire ariel making the reception very poor, the shower was very weak, and the breakfast did not come with any toast or bread (nor were we offered any) even though butter and condiments were ready on the table.

    Rooms very comfortable and cleanliness of hotel excellent.

    Hotel location was a bit far from main seafront area. Breakfast was quite a slow process.

    "A good stay but I'm unsure if I would come here again as £75 didn't really justify what we got. The staff were okay and the room wasn't bad, breakfast was ace. That's about it really. Getting parked was sometimes a pain as well (one car took too much space!). Could be sorted with lines being painted." (107978306)

    The room was neat and tidy, welcoming staff, comfy bed, lovely bar which served a nice breakfast (good choice of drinks and food), seating area was nice and new, well kept

    The shower head was broken so it couldn't stay up, outside wasn't too clean (some things left on the road which I won't mention!), hairdryer didn't work but we didn't need this, perhaps a bit overpriced, the woman who booked us in wasn't too clear

    Breakfast was attractive and tasty. Dining-room looked fresh and clean.

    Carpet in our room needed hoovering. Floors are creaking in passageways.
