  "We felt so welcome that we would definitely stay there again - even if we were not going to that area of London onbusiness. In fact the local people were very friendly, quite unlike the normal London human environment." (108354171)

  The staff we exceptionally friendly and welcoming. And very helpful, eg we were offered the use of a personal laptop computer.

  "It good of short stay,if you need to go that area, not over 2 night. Not suitable for a family which really will cook for lunch, but why need to pay more for a kitchen. It's over charge for that environment, I can find one service apartment in Sloane Ave at Central London." (107879839)

  inside is new

  location and environment is unexpected, only one set of key for living for four people's room, no dryer and hanging place for the clothes, only kitchen paper without towels. Cash only, no cheque, even using debit card still need extra charge, that make me went to bank for 3 day to withdraw 300 pounds each day.
