  "The hotel was very nice and well placed for the city centre. Just don't expect to get much sleep." (107445986)

  Excellent finish/decor. Very clean. Pleasant staff.

  Our room was was overlooking a main road which was very noisy despite the double glazing. The music from a nearby club was so loud that you could tell what track was being played even with all the windows closed. The music stopped about 3am.

  "Good, however the initial check in, being the first contact point for me with your hotel, has left a bad taste. If it weren't for this I would most definitively visited again, but unfortunately it's not the case." (107592172)

  parking, food, cleanliness, staff

  poor views - one of the rooms looked on to huge pipes and was noisy - also that room was cold and should have been heated as it was an accessibility room.

  "Generally this hotel is a very decent 3 star establishment, very clean with a light and airy atmosphere. My stay there was probably just what I expected. Every new hotel has teething troubles. I would recommend it to my friends and family if they were going to Belfast." (107363239)

  Room was comfortable, bed linen, pillows and towels were pristine. Good wetroom! Continental breakfast was more than adequate and of a good standard.. Good lifts with excellent lighting. Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful when approached.

  Four receptionists were too busy chatting to acknowledge out arrival - had to wait until they finished their conversation ... not long but annoying. I am 5ft.3in. tall and could barely reach the clothes hangers in the room. Bedside tables would be better on the right side of the bed for easy access to drinks, books etc...otherwise you have to twist right over to the left side. Of course, if you are left-handed there is no problem. Also, there should be a little table in front of the little sette...you can only put your coffee or drink on the floor!!! I did not realise that the black napkin on the breakfast table was not meant to be a placemat and also did not realise there was a small black menu on top of it. If napkins were red or lime green everything would show up so much better.
