  Efficient and pleasant staff, convenient and relatively quiet hotel. Near by parking. Good breakfast. Overall very good value.

  "Didn't really rate the hotel, I thought that it was very poor value for money (£65), although I would use it again if I couldn't find a Travelodge or Premier Inn." (108718464)

  Location was ideal for palace theatre. Hotel was clean and tidy.

  Room smelled of smoke (but was dealt with promptly when we complained. Not enough tea coffee milk in the room, had to go to reception in the morning for extra milk. Check-in was a pain because I wanted to pay cash but had no ID on me. The bathroom is a strange large plastic pod.

  "Luckily we attended a theatre show 5 minute walk from the hotel with plenty of ameneties close by as well. Good place to get your head down." (108184676)

  Clean and tidy with good parking facilities opposite the hotel

  Bedrooms are quite compact and basic. No encouragement to stay in any longer than necessary.

  "Warm, clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet location." (108559208)

  Room and facilities were very clean and the bed was a large double which was handy as I was staying with my sister.

  Wash hand basin very slow to drain. My sister would have liked an extra pillow.

  "it served a purpose, my daughter had an interview/assessment day starting at 8.30a.m. so a good nights sleep was important, it was just a very unfortunate set of circumstances." (108111972)

  everything was adequate for our needs that evening.

  ther was a LOT of noise, ALL NIGHT. a hen party or similar group of girls were obviously close by and spent all night wandering/running along the corridor, laughing, shouting and generally making a lot of noise. A had obviously gone missing, and C and R had locked their room mate out.

  "Perfect location for manchester city centre, just a short walk away. My first time in manchester and will return again, the night life in Canal Street, is not my scene, but was with friends who do enjoy this side of life, being open minded, it was a fun evening out, would i go again, YES."
