  "Ok could have been better with a bit more consideration to the fitness of the room and possibly communicatiion between staff." (108184841)

  The staff were friendly and accomodating changed are room and moved are luggage to new room for us.

  The first romm smelt very strongly of smoke which we put up with for 1 night with the hope it would leave the room and we were so tierd from travelling straight from work we just wanted to eat and sleep. It was so bad it still smelt the next day. Although the staff agreed to move us with no hesitation we were disappointed that we were put in that room at all. The cleaning staff could not have failed to smell it as it hit you straight away and could have past this on to reception staff so that no one was put in the room until it had cleared. It did spoil the week end

  "Very good and relaxing." (108109287)

  Restaurant next door was delish. Staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean.

  Bit of a wierd smell in the bedroom for both nights even though we kept the window open the whole time. There was no hairdryer in the bedroom.
