Excellent location for my needs..

Breakfast poor...but did know from past visits so didn´t buy... A little to expensive to get more then fair value for money..

"Did not require staff assistance except booking in and out. All were polite and friendly." (108900489)

The hotel is central and near to local amenities.

No on site parking and had to walk some distance in the rain with briefcase and suitcarrier - not helpful.

"Very poor for the price charged and should have stayed at home and left very early in the morning, rather than trying to get a good night's sleep before a conference!" (108385096)

Hard beds, no wi-fi in room despite saying it was available, noisy hotel from constant door slamming and loud music.

I stayed at Stratford Ibis. The location is ideal, near most business ( court & Tribunal for me), train station and plenty of choices of eating facilities and shops. The staffs were excellent. They were informative and very helpful. facilties adequate and clean. Ability to use storage facilities after checking out was a real bonus to me.

Nothing really bad but could provide hairdryer or inform guest on booking this is not provided. Internet helpline to set up laptop did not response when called.
