    "Good" (108453171)

Central to town Old building so had charm Staff friendly and helpful

Not bad point but for me would have made a difference Breakfast cereal choices -only cornflakes and coco pops - I would have liked some healthier choices - Muesli, wheetabix or bran flakes for example Also the macerator in the toilet gave off a smell when the sink was run or the toilet flushed

"This is a wonderful place for people vacationing, and I wish now we had not been at the end of our trip. The market, meals, areas, and museums really make this a wonderful town to stay in." (107413701)

Quaint building, friendly staff and locals, good service! The restoration and rehab are well done. Nice location in a lovely town! Breakfast was great. The 'a la carte' menu was a bit odd in choices, but then I noticed the Specials board and we had the ribs which were absolutely excellent and we love barbeque in Texas! We joined the Methodist church for Sunday services happily. Maybe there could be information in the room or at the desk of local activities and hours...

For such a small room the wardrobe and chest of drawers were much too large. If these were smaller there could have been room to sit and enjoy my morning tea before my son woke up. It was quite loud on Saturday night being directly above the pub but the pub was not unreasonably late(US bars are loud until 2am and this pub was calm about midnight).
