    Does exactly what it says it does. It is very good value as a stop off on a long journey.

    Lovely walk in shower but water spreads across whole bathroom floor.

    The hotel was very clean, the rooms were of a good size, and the bathroom facilities were very good, the beds were comfortable, and a decent size tv

    No bar, breakfast is awful. The toilet in our room did not work, we were moved to another room and in this one the TV did not work, they moved us to another romm only to find there was no mattress on the put up bed. You should offer free wifi.

    New hotel therefore in very good condition staff friendly but not intrusive

    cheap nasty toilet paper no proper facility outide for us smokers we had to stand outside the front of the building which does not give a good impression on the hotel when there was room outside at the back of building that could have been provided

    New hotel; rooms and reception clean and fresh, ideal for stop over no frills. Food hall at adjacent services offered good selection of food both cooked and uncooked.

    Slight hitch when checking in room allocated was not made up, however alternative room found immediately.

    Clean and tidy

    Very poor service from evening reception staff when complained that basin could not be emptied. Just did not seem interested. Morning staff initially unhelpful but eventually gave £10 refund when pushed. room very hot and with window open noise from bins being moved/filled annoying.

    Quick efficient service when checking in and out of hotel.

    When returning to the room on saturday our hotel door had been left open / un locked by the cleaning staff. I did complain but didnt think this was took as serious as I would of liked.

    Clean and in good condition

    General lack of supplies in the room. I had to ask for towels, teaspoons, tea and coffee etc. The staff did not want to help. Did not recieve services I had paid for, again staff did not want to know.

    The hotel and room were virtually new. Everything worked. The room was ready and clean at the advertised time. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good.

    The wi-fi did not work in our room (no 147) poor signal.

    Overall professional approach by staff and overall appearance of hotel looking clean and inviteing.

    Just the outer regions have not yet been tidied from the construction obviously wiil be done in time as newly opened.

    Excellent staff, comfortable and clean room with good facilities - Very good and friendly taxi service available - Overall it was a very enjoyable short stay and Wetherby was a very nice place to visit with lovely pubs and very friendly people - I would definately stay at the Days Inn again and will recommend to friends/colleagues

    Brand new hotel just off Junction 46 of the M1 motorway. Ideal base to visit York, Wetherby, Harrogate and Knaesborough

    Key card for our hotel room kept cancelling itself and we had to go down to reception to have it re-swiped. Not really a bad point just a slight inconvenience.

    Excellent facilities, wi-fi, very comfortable beds, tasteful decor, immaculate, etc. Good geographic position.

    Shower screen not long enough to shield the rest of the bathroom from water spray. Anything hanging behind the door became wet. Also the whole bathroom floor became awash. Hairdryer needs to be attached near the dressing table mirror, not the long mirror. Armchair too bulky for a bedroom - difficult to move round it to get to the bed.

    New hotel, nice smell, nice facilities, friendly & helpful staff

    Marks & Spencer delivery truck arrived at 4.30am both mornings we stayed there. It was very hot & the window was open and so the noise woke us both up both mornings & we didn't sleep well afterwards. For a new hotel, air conditioning would have been a real advantage, especially if the weather/climate is supposed to be getting hotter these days. Would have been nice to have had some slightly more sophistocated dining facilities nearby.
